Redesigned B2B & B2C e-commerce journeys, including product discovery, order management, and checkout experiences to improve purchase clarity and transaction workflows.
Supported a rapidly scaling business ecosystem reaching 12,408+ orders from 4,096 unique customers between January 2025 and April 2026.
